Corinne is a classically trained soprano with a master’s degree in opera, yet performs a vast repertoire - in eight languages - of opera, musicals, contemporary, and jazz. With incredible range and vocal ability; easily maneuvering between multiple genres and languages, Corinne Bach brings elegance and sophistication to the stage while captivating listeners with powerhouse jazz interpretations or stunning them with her pristine, classically-trained voice. After a recent performance at the distinquished jazz club Birdland in Manhattan, Corinne was compared to a young Lena Horne, and in a production of Phantom of the Opera in the role of “Christine”, to Sarah Brightman. However, on her debut album, In Circles, with new arrangements of arias and jazz songs, Corinne fuses several styles to celebrate her own genre, one she calls “Popera”.
