Our dear friend and colleague Bruce Chaffkin passed away on November 26, 2015. Bruce was a unique and special individual who dedicated his life to the world of show business. He was intensely passionate, unfiltered, and utterly remarkable in so many ways. He lived his life as if every day was his last and he was blatantly realistic. Bruce Chaffkin was a ferocious warrior and possessed the "Eye of the Tiger" like no one we have ever met before! Our WCE family is devastated by his passing, but our promise to Bruce is to honor his legacy by rallying around his mantra "the show must go on."  He will be sorely missed and always in our thoughts.

Gerry has been a force in the entertainment industry since 1977. His experiences include marketing, directing, producing, managing, booking - and everything in between. His integrity and passion for the entertainment industry drive the connections he has developed with clients and artists alike, and as the energy behind WCE, he is committed to produce the same great relationships with results more ferocious than ever before! As owner and President of William Clare Entertainment, Gerry is involved with all aspects of the company, especially the creative marketing side. The new WCE is driven by infused energy, new agency partnerships from Las Vegas to Miami, a fresh, bold new look, and a massive stable of entertainers committed to servicing the industry across the globe!

Kelly DiRoma
Kelly DiRoma, Office Manager

Kelly DiRoma has been involved in the entertainment business for most of her life. As a teenager, her infatuation with show business found her performing with a regional song and dance troupe called Celebration. Her abilities as a singer, dancer, and choreographer were extraordinary and she soon joined the cast of a national “legends” type show called Hollywood On Tour. After many years of touring, Kelly retired from the road to start a family and is the proud “momager” of three awesome sons, all of whom are talented beyond their years.  Kelly joined WCE in 2006 and has been an integral part of the company ever since. As Office Manager, Kelly is the glue that keeps the whole operation humming. Her tremendous smile and “can do” attitude is evident in everything she does , and her varied abilities have greatly contributed to the growth of William Clare, making it one of the top entertainment agencies in the country today!

Dixie Schrecengost
Dixie Schrecengost, Sales Associate

Having worked most of her career in Government, after retiring Dixie decided it was time to pursue another avenue of employment.  Since music was always a big part of her life, she decided to pursue working in the Entertainment Industry. After soloing as an agent for two years, she was introduced to the president of William Clare Entertainment, Gerry Cachia, back in 2003.... and the rest is history.

Dixie’s prior experiences in hiring, training, and directing people has proven to be instrumental in her success with WCE. Her strong commitment has been recognized by both clients and artists. Dixie works primarily the West Coast of Florida and is an integral part of the sales team.               


Charles Coffman
Charles Coffman, Account Manager

Charlie has been involved in music full-time for the past several years and joins William Clare Entertainment with an extensive background in engineering sales and marketing. Charlie is a graduate of Eckerd College and earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He has organized bands and performed for many Tampa Bay area charity events. He teaches guitar and trumpet to young students and hosts monthly student band performances.

He is motivated by the talent and expertise the WCE team brings to help organizations in the Tampa Bay region.

Frank is the newest member of the WCE team. He is no stranger to the music and entertainment industry. As an accomplished lead vocalist, frontman, and guitarist, Frank has been performing Rock, Pop, Variety and Gospel Music for over 25 years. In 2008 Frank formed and fronted the all original Christian rock band, GUY FRANKLIN, signing to the record label TMG out of Oklahoma City, OK. Frank’s discography includes 2 original albums distributed worldwide, multiple studio projects, and he continues to write new music in preparation of a new project coming soon. Currently Frank is a worship leader at one of SW Florida’s largest and fastest growing contemporary churches with a weekly audience exceeding 3000. In business, Frank owns The Frank Gump Agency, a career management firm managing high level corporate talent across the USA. The Frank Gump Agency is also a social media management firm for businesses in SW Florida. Frank is excited to be part of the William Clare Agency team representing the amazing talent in the WCE portfolio. He looks forward to being of service to SW Florida event managers, social directors, and corporate meeting planners.


Craig Neier
Craig Neier

Craig Neier has been a part of the entertainment industry since he was nine years old as a renowned magician and entertainer. By the time he was 13, he was a regular opening act at hotels and nightclubs for major performers. By the time he was 17, he had traveled all over the world with his show. Following his career as an entertainer, Craig started an entertainment company, which quickly became one of the region's largest DJ companies, providing entertainment for major social and corporate events.

 Twenty years ago, Craig launched Craig Neier Associates, which has grown into one of the most sought after special event planning and entertainment companies. He has provided special event planning and coordination to many Fortune 500 corporations, organizations, and families throughout the United States, from New York to Las Vegas to Reno and Atlantic City. Craig's events often include the top celebrities in the entertainment and sports world! Craig is the co-owner of Catch a Rising Star Comedy Clubs and Productions, and has been featured in many leading publications including NJBIZ, Daily Record, Star Ledger, and is often cited with accolades from those who use his creative services. Craig is thrilled to be joining the WCE team and looks forward to the many opportunities that lie ahead.


Rodd Zeitler
Rodd Zeitler, Corporate Sales Manager

An experienced corporate retail marketing executive and store designer for over 35 years, Rodd added his diversified business development skills to William Clare Entertainment in 2016 but has been associated with the TEAM at WCE for over 10 years.  From his Wisconsin garage band days of the mid ‘60s to today, he continues to perform and produce various music shows and tribute groups with a love for the sounds of the British Invasion, Motown, and classic rock greats of the past. 

As Corporate Sales Manager, Rodd’s main focus is on developing new areas of business for William Clare Entertainment, specifically targeting the convention and corporate entertainment markets with the many added-value options and consistent customer service that WCE is known for.  “Being part of the creative TEAM in the office is also an exciting part of my week as we search everywhere for great entertainment choices to bring to our clients!”

Rodd also performs with the duo BANDSTAND throughout Tampa Bay with his wife Pam of 40 years and enjoys time with their 3 children and 10 grandkids.

Jared Slater
Jared Slater

Jared Slater joins William Clare Entertainment but is no stranger to Team Tiger. Jared is an active vocal entertainer having toured nationally for well over 15 years.  In addition, Jared is also very accomplished in social media marketing.  With his vast knowledge of the national entertainment market, Jared will be focusing on expanding Team Tiger into Performing Arts Centers across the country giving our incredible acts and clients another layer of excellence as you would come to expect from the WCE staff.
